Hi can I ask a question please I'm into week 6 so hence my tittle. At the end of the session it says we will send you a reminder i have never had a reminder so is there something I haven't done or not filled in

Hi, in the C25K app in settings you can choose for it to remind you its a run day and set a time for an alarm.

Maybe you didn’t allow the app to send notifications when you first ran it... in which case the toggle you need will be in your phone setting somewhere.
