Keep getting to the start lines... don’t run fast, check that you can talk in full sentences, there is no such thing as too slow, but there is a too fast for this programme... be very proud of yourself for doing this, let the pride go run by run. It’s not always easy... sometimes a run can be tough... but every run makes you fitter, healthier, stronger and a better runner. Post here when it’s great... we shall cheer! Post here if it sucks... we shall help. Remember you CAN do this. Enjoy your journey.
