Really brisk walking!

So I was a bit anxious about W5, as my body seemed always to need that first walk after the first run segment to accept that I REALLY planned to keep going. After that I was getting a second wind and all was well. I decided to up the pace of the warm up walk, then slow it for the last minute before running. Bingo; second wind. Hope this idea keeps working. And maybe it will be useful to someone else ....
