So wk2 r3 was hard. I felt like I had gone backwards and really struggled with ankle pain today. Really cross if my ankles are going to hamper my progress.

Well done for getting through the run ⭐️ I found running on softer surfaces like grass or hardcore rather than tarmac or paving helped with the aches and pains. Might be worth a try, if available ?
