Enjoying for newbies

So I just finished W3R2. When I started this journey I was thinking I wasn’t going to enjoy it but it was something I had to do if I wanted to have a longer life. So 3 weeks in I’m enjoying it feeling better and not wanting to get out of my running clothes 😂 no , it isn’t easy. Yes sometimes I don’t want to do it, but then I make myself remember how I feel when I finish a run and wowwww yes I want the next one. All of you who start this journey my advice is when you finish a run, stop and savour that moment, that feeling of achievement. It is something you did for yourself, enjoy yourself loving yourself. I run like a snail 🐌 but that’s much better than slouching like a potato 🥔. Good luck to you all 😃

What a brilliant post! So pleased you're enjoying this crazy journey...I NEVER thought I'd be looking forward to physical activity, but now I do sort of look forward to each run too!
