I have to admit I wasn’t looking forward to week 3 but first one done. Yes I found it harder, but these things are gonna get harder. The thing is just give it your best shot. You got this.😁

I'm doing my first week 3 run tonight!! It seems a big jump going from 90 seconds to 3 minutes but 2 weeks ago I could barely do 60 seconds so I'm feeling positive, we can do this!! Good luck my plan is to keep breathing in a controlled way and take it slow :)

No it's fine dont worry! Don't look too far ahead even in your run. You will start with exactly the same as week 2 and honestly trust in the programme, you will manage it

I’ve just ran week 3 run 1 . Initially I did find it hard but I steadied my pace & completed it . Still with a flushed face but not as breathless as I was in week 1 . Good luck to you

Try not to look too far ahead...like many before you, you just scare yourself! It's o.k. you will be fine, trust the plan, just take it one run at a time and give yourself a big High Five each time you complete a run. Don't forget, it's not a race, enjoy the moment and relish the satisfaction of what you have achieved and what you will achieve. Enjoy, smile...and happy running 🌻
