I have been running wk7r3 for a few weeks as just cant seem to get to 28 minutes so have been doing the 25minutes three times a week. Maybe my route or pace is the problem not sure

I’d try slowing your pace as a start - it’s about time not necessarily distance at this stage - I graduated 3 weeks ago and I’ve only just got to 5k/30 minutes (and I mean just...) the great thing is your determination- keep smiling and running.

Youve said to me over cpl weeks about speed etc n slowing down

Im going to repeat week1 again n keep doing until i get right

Looking at the stats... and aware that has walking in it, that’s a pretty good time for almost 5k, so there’s scope to slow the running down a little.
