Wk9.1 Parkrun #4

Finally got to wk9 after a few hiccups. I've decided now that my body works best if I only run once a week as long as I cycle and walk during the week between runs. So I will only run on Saturday at parkrun from now on. Did the 5k in just under 26 mins and kept on running for another 4 mins to complete the 30 min run of wk9. So I intend to graduate in 2 weeks time.

Well done. Today was my first park run and I found it so encouraging. My speed is not there yet 😀🏃🐌 good luck with the last few runs

Hi Glasgow_newbie, glad you enjoyed your first parkrun this morning, was it Strathclyde or Victoria Park you ran in?

Great time Dave58, 26 minutes for a 5K before you graduate, wow only 10% of graduates on C25K achieve that, well done.

Thanks. I am actually trying to run slower but it's not easy. I just seem to have found my natural pace now
