Well, I have previously done couch to 5k but have fallen off the wagon so to speak. So new year new me. Tonight I organised a small group of women (9) and we did week one, day one. Im hoping there’s power in numbers to keep us motivated. We’re aiming for Wigan 5k on 17 March. Boom. Every journey starts with txt first step.
