What do you mean dreaded?! This is amazing! You have progressed to be able to do 25 mins of non-stop running! Think of where you were 6 weeks ago eh? You've made it this far, and you'll make the 25 minutes too. You only get to stop running if you are about to faint or injure yourself! NOW GET OUT THERE! :)

Go as slow as you can keep breathing slowly , I had to repeat this run twice to get it but I felt better when I actually done it good luck

Major tip Number One........do not dread any run.......what purpose does it serve?.......nobody is forcing you to do this..............subjecting yourself to experiences of dread and anxiety is not good for your health......

........whereas.......... having an excited anticipation of another challenge that is going to stretch and develop you mentally and physically is empowering and brilliant for mental and physical health.

This might help you healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Relax and enjoy it................it is not the Spanish Inquisition!!!!!!

I completed this run today, I kept it really slow and then sped up ever so slightly for the last 5 mins and it worked for me! Good luck for tomorrow! 💪🏻

You’ve already done 20mins and I found those first 2 sessions of W6 to be the worst ever. It’s only 5 mins more than you did 3 runs ago and at the end you get a lovely little ‘message’ from your coach and from the app ... go for it! 👍🏻

Sloow and steady.

I managed this today at second attempt - consciously trying to go slowly at the start as I felt I started too fast first time round.

Got through - way hay!

I finished w7 today, which is also 25 mins, take it slow and steady. If struggling slow down more. Trust the plan you’ve completed the runs up to it....you’re ready! Happy running 🏃‍♀️

You will achieve this, and then you will realise that you can achieve anything, even if it feels daunting. Go for it, and just don't stop before Laura tells you to. You can do it.

Do what you did on W5R3 and then tag a short 5 minute run on the end 🤪

You can do it... you’re body is ready for this, your legs will love it, believe in yourself and keep the pace down. You can do it.

I completed that run today, you have been building up to this. Start of slowly and gradually build it up if you can. Keep a steady pace. You got this.
