Not feeling it one bit today g...

Not feeling it one bit today got a rotten chest cough (hopefully won’t turn in to a chest infection) but the pup still needs her walk. We we talking a stroll round the beach. Just hope I can start w2r1 tomorrow. I be gutted if I can’t 🙁

If it is on your chest.. wait... don't run... The runs will wait for you :) Some walks fine..but no running until it is clear..

Above the neck, we're good to go...

Oh really! A chesty cough or infection for an asthmatic (me) will see me out of action for a while 😦then I have to start all over again. And I’m such a lazy person when it comes to fitness
