Me too - not done any running since leaving school 20 years ago. Found it really tough but looking forward to trying again on Friday! Wish there were no hills near me!!!
Well done keep going you’ll be surprised how far you can go 8 weeks ago I struggled with running for 1 minute going for my second park run Saturday
