I imagine that there are a lot of potential new starters at this time of year. If you’re anything like I was back in spring, you know that you *should* be doing something, but constantly convincing yourself that you can't. Running is for other people, right? For the sporty, talented people who have something within them that you've never had.
Wrong.
25ish years ago, I was the kid who threw up doing cross country because I couldn't run. This morning I ran 10k for the first time. And it all started with one 60 second run in the early summer.
Please, if you're hesitating about starting C25K, just give it a try. You are more capable than you realise. Just put on your shoes, seize the day, get out there and show yourself exactly how amazing you really are.
Happy running, everyone.
