It’s been a few weeks due to leg strain followed by a chesty/flu illness. I am now back at it! Tonight I run for 30 minutes with walk breaks, overall I ran over 20 minutes and again what an amazing buzz!! I have missed it so much but I know you should not run if your not feeling right as you can cause more damage or set yourself back.
As always I will continue to repeat week 9 run 2 until it is completed properly. My overall aim was to complete C25K by mid December! a few weeks out but that’s okay. Well done to all who completed this month, I will be joining you next month😀

Good approach back from injury and illness... you planned to end the year in style, all that’s changed is you get to start the new one that way instead.... you’ll be a stronger, smarter runner too... great job.
