So after the over indulgence at Christmas, slight weight gain and a poor 20 minute run a couple of days back, I went out today with a completely clear mind.
I made myself forget all of the above and went out with a positive “can do” mind, and it worked.
I ran a brilliant 30 minute run, and I ran my furthest 30 minute run reaching just over 4.7km.
Well pleased with that!!
For the first time, I used compression socks as I normally struggle with calf pain. My legs felt brilliant so I highly recommend these. The support is incredible.
