Just finished my 3rd consolidation run. I didn’t quite manage 30 mins it wasn’t a great run today my asthma held me back for the first time in weeks.
I feel I’m in a strange place where I don’t have to be so disciplined to complete the 30 mins now I’m running on my own. But I need audio guidance and structure.
Iv used map my run twice now as I had no idea how far or fast I was running. But I don’t think it’s for me yet. I’m going to try Nike running club next with the set training runs.
I’m no where near 5k yet which makes me a bit sad but it’s very early days I know.
