Went off slightly quicker for some reason and felt good until the 20min mark when it started to become a bit of a slog (up a slight, barely perceptible incline). Finished though, and covered my longest distance so far - just over 2.5 miles.
Delighted to have finished the programme, now looking to get to 5k.

Congratulations and very nice pace you graduated at too... it made it tougher but you did it... that 5k isn’t far away at all... 37ish minutes at today’s pace. Enjoy celebrating and have a great Christmas
