I’m amazing myself now! I went out for my treadmill run, after the last one which was guided and included hills (virtual ones) I decided a run on the flat was in order - breaking myself in slowly!
Well off I trotted and then decided to put the 1% incline on, also ran further trying to get to the 3 miles.
End of run 34 mins - 2.7 miles

Nice run. I’m almost tempted to try the guided treadmill runs... almost! Probably good to vary up the runs, the hills one is a good hard workout, so an easy one next is good thinking. That 3 miles will come, and the 3.11, and then who knows?
