I’d did it, yes me who hasn’t run EVER!! The first run I wanted to give up. I was thinking what have I done spending all that money on these running shoes, they’re making things worse. By the 2nd run though I found it easy. I’m now thinking perhaps the pig out Indian I had last night didn’t help. Especially as I haven’t eaten that amount for weeks.
Anyway roll on week 3 I’m ready for you! Thanks everyone for your help and support. Without everyone here I would have given up on the first run. 🏃♀️🏃♀️

Well done, great feeling isn’t it. What surprises me is more than anything is me, a total morning hater, getting up at 4.45 am on a Sunday to go running. 😂🤣😂🤣
Yes Nita49 I did, once I’d worked out it wasn’t them causing my legs to feel really heavy and didn’t want to run, they were sooo comfortable. Can’t believe the difference between them and my Skechers.
