W6r2: quite far in the program... Yet I still see running as a chore and as I run I can't wait for it to be over. I am in decent shape, I am a gym goer and do around 6 classes a week, including cycling, so I don't hate sports or cardio in general.
I must admit: I run on the treadmill, maybe (hopefully) that is why I am not enjoying it? I really don't want to not like jogging, it's so beneficial!
I don't feel particuparly tired or out of breath or have stitches just... bored/uncomfortablish.
Also, sharing my numbers!
