Can anyone recommend a good smart watch? I’ve got an iPhone which I bring with me on the runs but don’t want to pay for the Apple Watch. I just think I’d quite like to have distance and time monitored and heart rate. Fitbit? Garmin? Anyone just bought one?

I’ve recently got the Fitbit charge 3. I love it. I have iPhone 7 and had no problems at all.

I’ve just bought a Garmin Vivosport after the Fitbit Charge HR I’ve worn daily for 3 years died.
I went for Vivosport because I’m already using Garmin on my bike and I wanted something waterproof but didn’t want to go to a full size sports watch as I have a really nice watch that I always wear (so I wear the tracker on my other wrist). Have to say that I love it. I’ve always thought the Garmin Connect app was better than the Fitbit app but I also think the Vivosport is a better tracker than the Fitbit was, maybe the latest Fitbits would be better but I used to get frustrated by things like my daily motorcycle commute massively increasing my step count.
