I graduated a time ago .I'm a plodder and I am in awe of all of you ,especially those who are much much faster than me ! Any hoo, I have for the past month been running 5 km .I've run in the snow ,sleet and deluge rain conditions. Yesterday I achieved what I set out to do. I ran 5km in 46 mins ! I am 62 ,I have never run and I have a disability, but I did it and I cried that I have done it! I won't ever stop now. I'm so glad I found you x x x

Well done! Fabulous! Yes, I felt very similar when I hit my 30min, then 60min, 5k, and now I’m at 8k! Very slow (even slower than you) but I love it! Fantastically well done, runner! 🐢👍🏽👏
