I’m so pleased for you! I’m still struggling with sore knees so stuck at w2, run 2 and hoping that I can start running again next week... fingers crossed tho’.
I went and had my gait analysis done and got some trainers as I was struggling with my knees and it seems to have done the trick - hope you get back to it soon 🤞🏻
