I stopped running again; I had bloody noses every time I ran three times in a row so I haven't run for ~ two weeks while I tried to heal my nose, and now we got a dump of snow yesterday. Today the road is clear, it having melted on the roads, so--maybe? (after I walk the dog?)....

Hi Oldfloss, I hope you’re well. Beautiful words. I haven’t posted on here for a while, but thought I’d touch base - we planted a Rowan tree yesterday in remembrance.

My running is continuing well - thanks to all your help along the way and keeping me injury-free doing the C25K ! I still venture out in trepidation of injury but your “Slow and Steady” mantra keeps me balanced and has worked thus far 👍😀 (famous last words .....!). Happy running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🤸‍♀️
