I'm near to the end of #Couchto5k and think I'd really benefit from running with someone else. As much as Jo Whiley has been helpful.. interaction with another human for mutual support/encouragement/motivation would be great! I really don't think I'm ready for a running club.

yeah, im yet to get to a park run.. currently on Week 9.... hitting just over 4k in 28mins
