Brave Saudi women are taking to the streets of Jeddah and Riyadh in their running shoes and abayas, braving disapproval and tradition to take up running, most for the first time. An article in November's Runners World UK highlights these women, their courage and the challenges they face every day. Some have set up their own 5K clubs. So, don't feel nervous, get out there, and celebrate the freedom to run wherever you like without risking harassment or disapproval.
