Better pace in 5k

Hello runners,

I'm running 3 times a week now, doing HIIT in three othe days, and it helped me a lot. My pace in the 5k is getting better, yesterday's was 5:48. I'm now getting more comfortable with the 5k, and I'm going to keep running, maybe increase my distance a bit each week.
