Freezing run

Wow that was cold , I didn’t have full sleeves just three quarters and my hands and arms went dead with the cold! Should have turned straight back but just kept thinking I’ll warm up soon😳 Still I managed 30 mins of moving (not quite all run as wanted to keep hr low although that didn’t quite go to plan either !)

Well done getting out there, many wouldn’t! I’m now plotting routes that can finish at my front door so I can be in and under the shower ASAP!
