painful socket joint

I haven’t run for nearly two weeks now as I am unable to extend the left leg when running (and getting going when walking)! Most painful at the socket joint lessening towards the knee.

I’ve tried plodding on through the pain but this makes things worse on rest days. Anyone got any sensible ideas?

I do still ‘fast walk’ my doggies, so I don’t slip back to square one, but would really appreciate any help - should I go to see a Podiatrist?

Really appreciate any help. x

Sounds like you need a medical opinion for sure.

Definitely get medical opinion. And make sure your medic has full details of what you’re feeling and where. I’ve just had a problem and it needed more than a podiatrist.
