So... I did gib our yesterday it was cold and very wet at 5 o’clock.

But today I did my final couch to 5k run. I only ran around 4K but hey who cares I can run for 30 minutes which I have never been able to do before.

Obligatory selfie taken now for some tea and off to choir to sing my heart out πŸ˜ƒ

Well done Running gran, great work!! I graduated yesterday too - isn't it a fantastic feeling? I wondered how you are going to continue your running? I want to do 5k - annoyingly I was only about 50 yds out yesterday - and some Park runs. Anyway I will keep running not sure how far I will push myself though.

Again congratulations πŸ†πŸ…

Hi well done to you too!

I’m happy to run 30 minutes I have no aspirations beyond that but I do intend to schedule runs through the week otherwise it would be easy to slip back on the couch!
