I had been working myself up and getting very nervous over the 20 minute week 5 run 3. So much so I delayed it as I was "too busy!" And then they had the nerve to let horses run round York's beautiful knavesmire on my planned run day meaning I couldn't!
I finally got the run done yesterday and have to say...I loved it. With Michaels dulcet tones letting me know when each 5 minute chunk of running was over. I ran the last 5 with a spring still in my step and freebird belting out of my Spotify. I was almost sad to finish...almost!
This ap is great and I would tell anyone at an earlier point in their journey and looking at runs to come, you can do this! You ARE a runner! Believe in the programme and believe in yourself
