Knees and Achilles

Suffering with pain in knees and Achilles any suggestions welcome

Not sure about knees, but when I had serious Achilles problems some years ago, the ultimate solution was to change my trainers. I had been wearing the same ones for some years, and the subtle wear was making me run crookedly without knowing it.
