Had a few days off for an annoying head cold, redid W3r3 on Wednesday to see if I could breath, no problem. Did w4r1 this morning on the treadmill (because it’s raining) - tough, but I did it🏃🏽♀️👍🏼. Think my legs are changing shape😳. My partner says it’s because I’m a runner now😬. He’s an ex-fitness instructor so he should know. Wow I’m a runner - who would’ve thought😉.

Well done Runner👍🏻👍🏻!! I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks that their legs have changed shape!! Jeans are definitely not quite so tight now- and that’s enough to keep me going!! 😀😀
