Found last 8 mins of R3 difficult BUT I didn't stop , pushed myself plus as I'm running with my husband I didn't want to be the first to stop!! When will I actually start enjoying this running I wonder? Positive thoughts for next week - yeah! I might try running to my favourite music - has music helped any of you fellow runners? Enjoy your weekend.

Great job... victory lap time!
Music helped me a lot in the early weeks, but I switched to spoken word somewhere in the middle.

Great job and keep going. I’ve been listening to favourite audiobooks whilst running. I quickly lose myself in the story. Helps me, but maybe it’s not for everyone. Enjoy the fact of your achievement in coming so far since WK1. I wish I could get my spouse out running with me.
Woohoo... that graduate badge is in sight!!
Music absolutely helps me. I turn up the volume when I need a push.

As long as you are not pushing too hard.. ? Enjoyment may come if you relax and find your own pace

You might enjoy the whole thing more if you were running at the recommended easy conversational pace, as described in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Running with another person is always a compromise on pace for one of you. Try running by yourself at your own pace.
