I've just finished week 3 and I'm wondering at which point would it be better to buy proper running shoes?
I'm currently wearing a pair of avia archrockers which are a pair of 'fit' trainers and I'm aware are probably not the best.

i have just had a gait analysis donee wk5 r2 as i wasnt sure if:
i) would enjoy running
2)keep to it
so bought sone off the shelf to start with had a few issues so now bought some proper does from a professional store so will try them out today😏
