It'll be fiiiine.

In week 4 you were routinely running for 16 minutes per session (3 + 5 + 3 + 5) before going back to 15 minutes of running (5 + 5 + 5) in W5R1. So you already know how to run for 16 minutes, it's just in a different configuration. Good luck!
