I have this problem during the working days, I finish late and I always arrive home around 8 pm. I arrive hungry and tired. I feel every day struggling to work out or to go running! What should I do?!
Any suggestions please!

I’d get home, eat a banana to stave off the hunger pangs and run 30 minutes after... then home for a well deserved dinner, with a glass of something nice.
I agree with UnfitNoMore , if your run really has to be at that time of day then I'd maybe eat something like a banana on the way home and as soon as you're in the door get changed and head out.
Could you maybe have a bigger lunch than normal, or perhaps maybe even make lunch your main meal of the day?
I woke up everyday around 6:30 to get ready to go work. The school starts at 8:30. And I feel like am not ready to go for an early run. I won’t have time. But I’ll try to keep motivated to go for an after work run. I’ll try this evening
It’s a big change in my life. I know I don’t have to be stressed out because that won’t help me, I’ll try this evening to go for an evening run and will see
I can’t have a big lunch because at school we eat with children, so I wouldn’t be able to enjoy my meal completely
But I am working on having a good breakfast before leaving home.
Can you eat on the way home, or have a snack before you leave work? Something easy to eat on the go, perhaps fruit, an energy bar, cheese, nuts, etc? Then you might be ready to go when you get home?
