It is scary but believe me it’s doable, I’ve just finished WK3 and like you the thought of 3 mins frightened me to death but a week in it’s done! Now terrified by 5 mins but I will give it my best. You can do this!!!

Do the first run at a slower pace than you have been running. Just concentrate on finishing the 3 minutes. At the end of this week it will get easier, I promise

You can do it.

Don’t be scared, there are thousands who have faced week three (and 4 5 6 etc) with trepidation, and gone on to run for 5k and beyond.

Just keep on and trust in yourself and the programme 👍😊
