When do you Graduate ?

Is graduation when you finally manage to run 5k or when you have completed the 30 min run at the end of the 8 week programme?

My app has me confused

We graduate after 3 30 minute runs... 5k is usually later. I guess when your app says you’re done then you are... there’s a few flavours of the plan now.

Looks like that is a different App. I use the NHS c25k one? One you get inspired and supported by the BBC!
