I have been using the app & have quite liked having a little cheerleader in my ear as I run so, now I’ve graduated C25K and with no intention of doing 10k, I’m repeating week 9 this week but wondered what others have done?

There’s some guided runs on Nike Run Club... running with legends, coaches, celebrities and even the guy from headspace. If your missing the cheerleader you could try them... they range from 5 minutes upwards. Some are straight runs, others are pace/speed sessions. I’m now using Nike guided runs to complete C25K.

For my first post-graduation run I ran to week 9 of C25K but there are other apps that can give timing information, so I didn't use it again. I went out every other day and ran for 30 minutes each time then extended my runs to complete 5k. After a month I decided to go for 10k!
