So after graduating on Friday I got persuaded to do the local Park Run on Saturday, didn’t think I’d manage it in one go as I’d only been running about 4.2km in my 30 mins, but with help of an encouraging friend who ran with me I made it, 5km in 38 mins, I ran the same course again and did it in 36 1/2, hopefully keep knocking the time off and extend the distance. If you have a local Park Run I’d recomend you give it a go.
