Park Run tourist 😀🐶🐾🏃🏻‍♀️👏!

Had a wonderful Park Run at Dalby Forest - what a great place! Decided to run with Squiggy and he was fantastic. His first event and he was fine with all the people, other dogs and buggies! He ran near me at first since it was a bit busy but then the runners spread out and he ran ahead, not pulling hard just trotting along 😊. The one circuit route was on tracks with a bit of up and down! Managed a PR PB thanks to Squiggy power 😉, although he only pulled up one of the hilly bits.

I think PR tourism is fun - where next?!Hope you all enjoyed your Park Runs today 😀

Ha, ha - dream team 😀 I had no idea what my time was because my Garmin wouldn’t work (no signal) so I was pleased when I saw the result email.

Yes, I have heard that some folk travel around the country doing an ABC of Park Runs. I only have two letters so far D and M 😂

He was called Squiggles by his first owners because he has a brown ‘squiggle’ on his back. We call him Squiggy, Squiggs or Mr Squiggy 😂

Yes, a wonderful forest - lots of trails and tracks for walking, running, cycling. The homemade cake in the cafe was rather yummy too!
