I've just completed my second week on this glorious sunny day, and I feel better for it, after all the wonderful advice I've had about increasing my enjoyment. However, my right knee is beginning to make itself felt (not painful) as I had a successful arthroscopy six years ago. I'm hoping I shouldn't have to stop because of this. I put a support on it today, but still felt it. Has anyone else had something similar? Any advice?

Maybe consider an extra rest day inbetween runs to help the muscles build up and recuperate, that might help.
