Looking for advice, found week 6 run 1 tough going, but the 20 minute run ok, should i continue with week 6 run 2, or move onto run 3, i did complete park run 5K last Saturday, although i was really slow, i still shuffled the whole way round, just really don't want to risk any injuries TIA

Just do the next one as planned.

Lots of people get caught out by W6R1. It's not easier than W5R3, though at first glance you might expect it to be. Stick to the programme and you'll be fine.
