Hi All,

Just a quick question...when trying to run slower should I be trying to take shorter steps or longer ones with less movement if that makes sense?

My feet certainly come closer together. Trying to think if I could slow down without doing that.

Definitely shorter. A deliberately longer stride will only increase the risk of injury. Have a look at the "Army shuffle" here (only 2 mins long): youtube.com/watch?v=kQ5wQ5N...

Good luck

Interesting although she looked like she was moving quite fast although clearly efficiently too
