I don’t know what made me to have a break for a week but i had a busy week, so I had to go back one step and do the Week 2 and Run 3 again. I know I completed it before but I just need to go back on track. So on Saturday I’ll do the week 3, Run 1, but because I got an busy week ahead next week I will have to do another later on in the week. As I’m away hopefully I can still do this when I can.

C25K weeks don't have to coincide with calendar weeks and you don't lose any condition by having a week off.

It helped me a lot realising nothing is fixed in this programme. I have a lot of home responsibilities, but I can vary the time and day and it makes no difference to progress. Don’t beat yourself up - just have fun when you can get out there !
