Feeling great!

It’s a beautiful day and I have just thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors enjoying the view, feeling really privileged to be able to do so. Plus I completed Wk2 r1 with no problems, other than slightly sore knees and ankles. I have taken on board all the advice about slowing down and it has helped. My breathing is improving slowly too. So thanks everyone for your encouragement.

Good work... that’s the first step up done. Breathing progress is always good. Rest, stay loose and enjoy the next one.

Very well done...keep it slow and steady and really enjoy the plan. So much to learn about running and ourselves...no need to rush:)
