Well, I just wasn’t feeling it today. When I set off, I really just wanted to turn round and go back to bed...

But I plugged away, completed it and finished week 4. Setting another 7 personal bests!!! Including chopping over 30 seconds off my ave km time. So something is clearly working...🤪🤪🤪

Onto week 5 and the next challenge.....

Slow and steady is the answer... the faster times wasn’t something I was looking for today. But glad I achieved them. Shows the hard work is worth it...

Sometimes it’s not so great, running then is a sign of mental strength and now you’re happy with some PB stats... how cool!
