Wk2R2 - what happened there?!?

Well mid point of week 2 and whilst I wasn't looking forward to it I'm just back after doing tonight's session.

Legs felt stronger, lungs didn't but when I checked the times back at home I found out that I've taken 20 seconds off my average 1km pace.

I'm not really interested in pace but I can tell now that my body is fitter and I'm getting stronger.

Really good feeling. Love this plan.

Great job. I was amazed how quickly the legs gained fitness too, breathing will come. Keep on loving it
