Well Hello everyone, eek where do I start... well its my big 50 next year so with that daunting thought I'm trying to get a bit healthier, leaner, more confident to hopefully become a better version of me!
I started C25K last week, completed run 1 of 2nd week last night. Cor its hard but I'm determined to keep going. Thanks for reading my post

Great job... off the sofa and run 1 done, that’s not easy. It gets easier but stays challenging as it gets longer. You can do this, keep being determined and getting out there.
Welcome. Yes, it’s hard, but the hardest part of all is going out of the door on day 1, and you've done that. Keep coming back here with updates, and if you have any problems then someone will know the answer. Good luck!
